INGREDIENTS

  • 1 LB. GROUND MEAT

  • 2 SLICES BREAD – GRATED

  • 2 EGGS (SCRAMBLED IN A BOWL WITH MILK)

  • 1 TBS. PARSLEY

  • 1 TSP. LAWRY’S GARLIC SALT

  • 1/4  TSP. PEPPER

  • 2 TBS. LUCATELLI CHEESE

Directions

MIX ALL.  FRY IN LIGHT OIL OR BAKE @ 425 ABOUT 20 MINUTES THEN TURN OVER FOR ABOUT 5 – 10 MORE MINUTES.  THEY WILL BROWN IN THE OVEN.
