INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2  CUPS VANILLA WAFERS CRUNCH UP

  • 1 CUP WALNUTS – CHOPPED

  • 1/2 CUP BUTTER

  • 1/3 CUP SUGAR

  • 1/2 CUP MILK

  • 1 CUP BUTTER

  • 4 EGGS

  • 2 CUPS SUGAR

  • 2 TSP. VANILLA

  • 2 2/3 CUPS FLOUR

  • 3 TSP. BAKING POWDER

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350.

BLEND VANILLA WAFERS AND WALNUTS IN BLENDER LIKE BREAD CRUMBS.
MIX 1/2 CUP BUTTER AND 1/3 CUPS SUGAR INTO CRUMBS WITH HANDS.
LINE THE BOTTOM AND SIDES OF A GREASED ANGEL FOOD PAN.

MIX REMAINING BUTTER, SUGAR, EGGS, MILK AND VANILLA.
ADD FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER.

BAKE 350 FOR  1 TO 1 1/2 HOURS.
