INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch of asparagus 
- 1 LB prosciutto 
- 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs 
- 1 cup Lucatelli cheese 
- 2 tbs. Lawry’s garlic salt (or fresh garlic pressed) 
- pepper to taste 
- a drizzle of olive oil to dampen bread crumbs 
Directions
Wrap a piece of prosciutto around 5 spears of asparagus.
Oil the bottom of a baking dish. Lay each bundle of asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, side by side.
Mix seasoned bread crumbs, Lucatelli cheese, Lawry’s garlic salt and pepper with a little oil to dampen bread crumbs.
Sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top of asparagus and then sprinkle with oil.
Bake @ 350 for 20 – 25 minutes.
