- 1/4 TSP. SALT 
Directions
MIX ALL TILL A NICE THIN BATTER.
GREASE PAN WITH CRISCO.
FRY 90 SECONDS ON 1ST SIDE
AND 30 SECONDS ON 2ND SIDE.
AFTER FRIED AND COOLED. PUT ABOUT 1 TBS. OF GRATED LUCATELLI CHEESE IN EACH AND ROLL.
SERVE IN CHICKEN BROTH ABOUT 2 – 4 PER BOWL.
