EGG & SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 SLICES WHITE BREAD CRUST REMOVED

  • 1 LB. BULK PORK SAUSAGE

  • 1 1/2  CUPS SHREDDED LONGHORNE CHEESE

  • 6 EGGS

  • 2 CUPS HALF AND HALF

Directions

LAY BREAD IN BOTTOM OF BUTTERED 9X13X2 BAKING DISH.

COOK SAUSAGE UNTIL BROWN – CRUMBLE – DRAIN AND SPOON OVER SLICED BREAD.

SPRINKLE WITH CHEESE.

MIX EGGS & HALF AND HALF. MIX WELL AND POUR OVER CHEESE.

COVER WELL AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.

REMOVE FROM REFRIGERATOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING.

BAKE UNCOVERED @ 350 FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET.

SERVES 8 – 10
