  • 1 LB SCALLOPS

  • 1 LB. BACON

  • 3/4  CUP BROWN SUGAR

  • 1/2  CUP KETCHUP

Directions

CUT BACON IN HALF OR THREE PIECES PER SLICE DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE SCALLOPS.
WRAP BACON AROUND THE SCALLOPS AND SECURE WITH WOODEN TOOTHPICK.
OVERLAP THE BACON SLIGHTLY SO YOU CAN SECURE BACON FROM EACH END.
BROIL 5 – 10 MINUTES PER SIDE.
EMPTY ALL THE JUICES FROM THE BROILER PAN AND THEN ADD THE MIXED BROWN SUGAR AND KETCHUP.
BROIL ANOTHER 3 – 5 MINUTES PER SIDE.
