INGREDIENTS

  • 8 EGGS

  • 3/4  LB. ITALIAN SAUSAGE – SKINNED & CRUMBLED

  • 1 TBS. OIL

  • 2 TSP. BAKING POWDER

  • 1/4 TSP. SALT

  • PEPPER

  • 1 TSP. PARSLEY

  • 1 CUP FLOUR

Directions

BLEND ALL THOROUGHLY.  PUT INTO GREASED CAST IRON SKILLET OR GLASS BAKING DISH.

BAKE 350 – 35 MINUTES.

WHEN IT COOLS, CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES AND ADD TO CHICKEN SOUP.
