  • 5 LB. EYE ROAST (CUT RAW AS THIN AS CHIP STEAK)

  • LAWRY’S GARLIC SALT

  • PEPPER

  • OREGANO

  • PARSLEY

  • PARMESAN CHEESE

Directions

OIL PAN LIGHTLY.  LAY EYE ROAST SLICES ON BOTTOM, ADD GARLIC SALT, PEPPER, OREGANO, PARSLEYAND PARMESAN CHEESE.  DRIZZLE WITH OIL AND REPEAT LAYERS.

COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES.

USE A NICE HARD ITALIAN  ROLL.  IF YOU USE A SOFT ROLL THE MEAT MIGHT FEEL TOUGH.
