INGREDIENTS

  • 3 LB. BOTTOM ROUND ROAST

  • 1 SM. CAN TOMATO SAUCE

  • ¼ CUP RED WINE VINEGAR

  • 1 TSP. SUGAR

  • 1 TSP. SALT

  • ¼ TSP. BLACK PEPPER

  • 1 TSP. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

  • 5-6 CARROTS

Directions

IN LARGE POT ADD 2 TBS. OIL AND BROWN ROAST.  ADD SALT & PEPPER.
ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND ADD INTO PAN WITH THE BEEF.   SIMMER FOR 2 -3 HOURS.

REMOVE BEEF.

IF SAUCE IS TOO THIN,  MIX 1 TBS. CORNSTARCH AND ¼ CUP WATER AND ADD TO SAUCE UNTIL THICKEN.
