INGREDIENTS

  • 3 EGGS

  • 1 CUP SUGAR

  • 1 CUP OIL

  • 1 TSP. VANILLA

  • 3 CUPS FLOUR

  • 1 TSP. BAKING POWDER

  • ½ CUP  MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS

  • ½ CUP CHOPPED NUTS (OPTIONAL)

  • 1 TBS. CINNAMON

  • 1 TBS.  SUGAR

Directions

MIX EGGS, SUGAR, OIL AND VANILLA.
ADD IN FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER.
MIX WELL AND THEN ADD CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND NUTS.

OIL 2 COOKIE SHEETS AND MAKE 4 LONG LOGS WITH THE BATTER.

SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR MIXTURE.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES.

REMOVE FROM OVEN AND CUT INTO SLICES, LAYING THEM FLAT ON THE COOKIE SHEET.
RETURN TO OVEN (TURNED OFF) FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES.
