COOKIES:

  • 7  EGGS

  • 1 1/4  CUPS SUGAR

  • 1 1/4  CUPS CRISCO (MELT & COOL)

  • 1 TSP.  VANILLA

  • 1/2  TSP. LEMON

  • 1/4  TSP. ANISE OIL OR 1 TSP. ANISE FLAVORING
    LESS THAN 1 TSP. BUTTER FLAVORING

  • 1/4  TSP. BAKING SODA

  • 1 TBS. BAKING POWDER

  • 5 CUPS  FLOUR (5 – 6 CUPS)

GLAZE:

  • 1 CUP 10X SUGAR

  • 2  TBS. MILK

  • 1/4 TSP. ALMOND FLAVOR

Directions

GREASE COOKIES SHEETS.
MIX ALL EXCEPT FLOUR.
FOLD FLOUR.
REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR UNTIL NOT TOO STICKY.
ROLL INTO SMALL BALLS.
BAKE 375  – ABOUT 12 MINUTES.
BOTTOMS SHOULD BE A LITTLE GOLDEN.
